Job Title: Administrator

Location: Belfast
Salary: Dependant on experience
Contract Type: Temporary for initially 8 weeks
Hours: Full-Time – Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
Minutes and meeting set up.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by management.

Person Specification:

Essential:

Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
