We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a growing, modern firm of Chartered Accountants based in Morley.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Greeting visitors
Booking meetings and helping to manage calendars
Answering calls
Providing refreshments and support during meetings
Supporting directors with PA-style duties and diary coordination
Corresponding with clients and third parties
Filing of approved documents with HMRC and Companies House
Management of client data and confidently handling post, payments, supplies, and client records
Helping with team events and new starters.

To qualify for this Administrator position, ideally you will meet the following:
Have previous experience working as an Administrator in an Accountancy firm or professional services firm.
Feel confident liaising with clients.
Be able to work in the office 5 days a week.
