Our client is looking for a Newly Qualified Actuary to join their team, with the chance to specialise in areas such as Pricing, Reporting, Risk & Capital, Claims, Actuarial Systems or Actuarial Risk. This role will involve delivering and developing actuarial work, providing technical expertise across the business, supporting governance and regulatory requirements, and helping to drive improvements in processes. You’ll also play a part in influencing business decisions, liaising with a range of stakeholders, and providing coaching and support to actuarial trainees.

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified actuary with a strong academic background (2:1 or above in a numerical subject), excellent IT and Excel skills, and preferably experience in the life insurance industry. Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
