Join a well-established company with excellent staff retention, known for delivering outstanding service to their customers. We’re looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to join the existing friendly team.

This role is all about providing exceptional service to incoming enquiries and quotation requests and developing long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service: Respond to incoming client requests for quotations and product information, ensuring a professional and timely service.
Account Development: Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through excellent service.
Quoting & Pricing: Prepare and follow up on quotations, working closely with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing.
Order Management: Process purchase orders, manage payments, and ensure customer requirements are met.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
Team Collaboration: Participate in quarterly business reviews and contribute to team goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in Account Management or Customer Service, ideally in a technical or product-based environment.
Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Tech Savvy: Good IT skills, to include MS Excel. Previous experience of SAP would be beneficial.
Personal Traits: Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable.
