Our client is looking for a driven and organised Account Manager to join a fast-paced, people-focused team based in Manchester. If you’re great with clients, thrive on building relationships, and love having your afternoons working from home then this could be the perfect fit.
What’s on offer:
£25,000 – £30,000 basic depending on experience
Monthly performance bonus

Flexible hybrid model- early start, early finish (choose 6:30am-2:30pm or 7am-3pm) with the rest of your day working from home!

The role:
Manage and grow key client accounts
Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Monitor performance, handle reporting, and ensure high service levels
Identify opportunities for upselling and building stronger client partnerships
You’ll need:
Temporary process knowledge within the Recruitment Agency sector
Experience in an account management role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, organised approach
A driving licence (for client visits – car allowance provided)
Confidence using CRM systems and handling data
