Property Claims Handler
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced claims professional to join a dynamic Real Estate team. This role involves managing a portfolio of property and liability claims across the UK and Europe, from initial investigation through to settlement. The successful candidate will ensure all claims are handled in line with technical and operational standards, including data protection and information security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims professionally and efficiently
Liaise with insured parties, insurers, brokers, and overseas stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
Produce high-quality reports in line with internal guidelines and professional standards
Ensure accurate time reporting, billing, and invoice processing
Collaborate closely with external adjusters where appropriate
Participate in client review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
Experience from the real estate or commercial property loss adjusting sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management
A commitment to quality and professional standards
The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
