PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are working with a reputable insurance company to find askilled individual to join their Private clients – personal lines team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, providing expert support on personal insurance needs, and driving portfolio growth.

EXPERIENCE

Customer-facing role in personal lines insurance
Basic knowledge of personal insurance products and compliance (FCA, Consumer Duty)
Experience in renewals, new business, and client queries (desirable)

SKILLS

Strong communication and organization
Proactive and client-focused approach
Team player with business development skills

DAY-TO-DAY

Manage and build client relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Assist with policy renewals and negotiations
Ensure compliance with industry regulations
Collaborate with the team to meet goals
Stay updated on market trends and training
