We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and much coveted broker in the Midlands. Following many years of strong growth and exceeding branch growth targets has led to the need to further strengthen the business.
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Director to join the business and inherit a book of longstanding existing clients and also have the drive to seek out those new business opportunities.
THE ROLE
To provide first class service to clients and prospects and deliver solutions focussed advice to develop your book of business
Work within a strong and well established team of insurance professionals to provide help and support to each other
To work in partnership with customers to fully understand their business and their specific insurance needs to deliver exceptional and innovative insurance programmes
To work within the region to raise the profile of this broker and help make them the go to insurance broker in the area
THE CANDIDATE
An Account Executive who is ambitious and wants to progress in their career within a dynamic and forward thinking company
Excellent technical knowledge of large and complex cross class insurance programmes
Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients to convert
Exceptional Stakeholder management skills and an ability to operate on a multi level basis
Ability to work on own initiative or part of a cooperative and supportive team environment
THE REWARD
Salary circa £70,000 but flexible for the right candidate
