Product Marketing Manager – EMEA Content & Narratives
Location: London, UK
Length: 12 Months
Rate: £ 48.08 p/h (Inside IR35)
Hours: 9am – 6pm (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Lead marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for products/features.
Drive campaigns across channels and assess performance to optimize results.
Develop brand messaging, positioning, and product narratives aligned with Google’s voice.
Content Development:
Independently create and iterate on marketing content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage production and publishing of marketing content.
User & Market Insights:
Conduct and guide user research and market analysis.
Generate insights to inform product positioning and lifecycle strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with sales, product, UX, and research teams.
Mentor junior team members and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Campaign Management:
Manage multiple stakeholder interests and external agency/vendor relationships.
Oversee the execution of medium to large-scale campaigns and user engagement strategies.
Strategic Planning:
Help define regional marketing strategies and resource allocation.
Track key product/business metrics to guide decisions.
Inclusion & Culture:
Foster an inclusive culture, champion DEI practices, and promote psychological safety in team environments. Key Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory):
Brand Management: Experience developing brand strategy and positioning.
Campaign Management: Full lifecycle knowledge from planning to reporting.
Client/Partner Management: Ability to lead and influence stakeholders.
Consumer Behavior: Understanding of how user behavior impacts marketing and product design.
Data Analysis: Skilled in using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Go-to-Market Expertise: Knowledge of launching products and gathering user feedback.
Industry Knowledge: Awareness of market trends, competitors, and tech landscape.
Content Strategy: Ability to write marketing briefs and develop compelling product positioning.
Storytelling & Leadership: Strong narrative creation and confidence in senior stakeholder engagement.
