Location: Gillingham, Kent (100% Office Based)
Duration: Temporary Contract
Salary £30-40k doe + 10% Commission (No Threshold for First Year)

Our client is a well-established, independent recruitment agency based in Gillingham, Kent. They are specialists in delivering high-quality recruitment services across a range of sectors including Industrial, Food Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Driving.
Currently seeking an experienced and motivated Temporary 360 Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Gillingham. This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional with relevant sector experience to join a supportive, fast-paced agency environment and earn uncapped commission from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within industrial, food production, logistics, engineering, and driving sectors.
Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and client visits.
Handle job advertising, CV shortlisting, and matching candidates to suitable roles.
Maintain and update the internal CRM system and ensure compliance with all recruitment processes and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in at least one of the following sectors: Industrial, Food Production, Logistics, Engineering, or Driving.
A strong track record in both client management and candidate delivery and happy to business develop.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work 100% office-based in Gillingham.
