Salary: £40,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate 2nd Line Engineer looking to take the next step in your IT career? We’re a thriving IT Managed Services Provider based in Eastbourne, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to join our dynamic service desk team.

What you’ll be doing:

* Delivering exceptional 2nd line support across a wide range of systems.
* Solving technical issues on desktops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
* Collaborating with 1st and 3rd line teams for seamless problem resolution.
* Working directly with clients, both remotely and on-site.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in a 2nd line support role (MSP experience a bonus!).
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments and cloud services (Office 365, Azure).
* On prem and Cloud server experience
* Virtualisation and Hyper V
* Mac OS
* SMTP and DNS
* Full UK driving license is essential.
* A great communicator with a can-do attitude.
