We are a growing Fixed Fee Recruitment Service seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Lead Generators to help us expand our client base. This is a self-employed, commission-only role offering excellent earning potential for driven individuals with the right experience and network.

The Role

Generate and qualify leads for our fixed-fee recruitment service
Identify and approach businesses who are hiring and would benefit from cost-effective recruitment solutions
Build relationships and introduce our service to decision-makers
Work remotely with complete flexibility — set your own hours
You will be paid £250 for every successful lead generated

What We’re Looking For

Experience in recruitment lead generation or B2B lead generation (preferred)
Strong communication and business development skills
A self-starter who can work independently and proactively find opportunities
Ideally, access to existing contacts, networks, or clients who may benefit from recruitment support
