The Opportunity

Here is your chance to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as an Account Manager. In this role, you’ll manage relationships with multiple MSP Panel Suppliers, lead a team, support payroll operations, and oversee service delivery through the Talent.One system.

What you’ll do as Account Manager

This role is all about operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement. You’ll lead by example, drive best practices, and make sure both internal teams and external partners are aligned and delivering on goals. Here’s just a selection of what you can expect:

Manage all MSP Panel Suppliers in relation to the Talent.One System
Provide oversight and support to payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coach, train, and manage operational teams to achieve and exceed service expectations
Manage a team of 6, including performance monitoring and development
Create and maintain job templates to streamline operational workflows
Achieve individual, team, and company targets both quarterly and annually
Take full accountability for the team’s activity and performance against milestones
Handle recruitment within the team, ensuring continuity during leavers, absence, or sickness

Business management experience in a commercial staffing or services-related environment
Demonstrated experience managing a team, setting targets, and coaching performance
Budgetary control and financial oversight experience
Strong business management, customer service, and client relationship skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven leadership with a positive, results-driven approach
Good understanding of operational service delivery and supplier coordination
High levels of verbal and written communication ability
Numerate and literate with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
