We’re looking for a Recruitment Officer (Talent Specialist) to join our dynamic team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-volume recruitment solutions for our clients, while supporting candidates throughout their journey.

Salary: £24,000
Duration: 3-month contract
Location: Northampton, NN4
Working arrangements: 5 days in the office

What You’ll Be Doing:

Liaising with clients to understand their recruitment needs and role requirements
Creating and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
Processing applications and managing candidate pipelines
Supporting candidates through every stage of the recruitment process
Handling queries from both clients and candidates with professionalism and care
Ensuring full compliance with client processes and service level agreements

Who We’re Looking For:

A detail-oriented and efficient worker with strong organisational skills
Confident working to targets and service level agreements
Experienced in a process-driven environment
Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment systems
A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment
