Meraki Talent is delighted to be working with a fast-growing boutique accountancy firm in Bristol that prides itself on providing a tailored, high-quality service to a diverse client base, including UK SMEs, international businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

As the firm continues to expand, they are seeking a part-qualified Accountant (AAT Level 3/4 or ACCA/ACA) to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has already gained a grounding in accounts preparation and is ready to take the next step in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare dormant company accounts to deadline and assist in managing a small portfolio
Draft and review non-complex small company accounts and corporation tax returns
Support with more complex accounts for senior team members to finalise
Assist with basic dividend planning and tax return preparation for partnerships and non-resident companies
Use Xero for bookkeeping tasks and updating client records post-account prep
Collaborate with both UK and US tax teams by providing corporate position updates on client entities
What We’re Looking For

AAT Level 3/4 or part-qualified ACCA/ACA
Experience preparing company accounts using accounting software
A strong academic background
Strong Excel skills and a quick learner when it comes to new software (Xero experience desirable but not essential)
High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, professional mindset
Ability to manage your own workload while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
