Corporate M&A/Deals Tax Director

Job Type: Full-time, permanent position, hybrid

Office location: Cheltenham or Cardiff

Role and Responsibilities:

Highlight key tax risks arising and advise on tax warranties and indemnities required and review taxation implications of sale and purchase agreements
Co-ordinate, develop and deliver tax due diligence reviews on target businesses and for vendor due diligence assignments
Know how to do pre-disposal reviews of the tax aspects of businesses for which sales mandates are held.
Have a good understanding of corporate and group re-organisations and be able to articulate this to our clients in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CTA fully qualified
Extensive UK corporation tax, capital and employment tax experience in a transactions environment
You have an ability to understand the bigger picture whilst maintaining an eye on the detail
You are able to identify risk and/or potentially price affecting issues
You are client focused, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy
