Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of business services clients, ensuring the highest quality of service.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and guidance.
Drive growth of the firm’s Business Services offering through new client acquisition and cross-selling.
Oversee and mentor senior staff, ensuring team development and succession planning.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm at Partner level.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and business advisory services.
Proven track record of managing client portfolios and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
