Transaction Support Executive

Are you a recently qualified Chartered Accountant seeking to gain valuable corporate finance transaction experience, or a qualified Audit Senior looking to transition into Corporate Finance?

INrecruitment are recruiting a Transaction Support Executive to join an award-winning transaction support team on behalf of our client, one of the most successful Boutiques in London.

Role

The successful Transaction Support Executive will undertake due diligence field work and assist colleagues in providing general corporate finance and commercial advice to clients on transactions across the mid-markets. There will also be exposure to the private equity and wider investment community.

Reporting to a senior colleague, and supporting senior colleagues on large and complex assignments, the successful Transaction Support Executive will be responsible for collating, analysing and drafting findings on detailed financial information.

Person

The successful Transaction Support Executive will be a recently qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, Chartered Accountant with a strong academic background. For candidates able to evidence a strong knowledge of transaction support, previous relevant experience is not essential.

You should be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, commercial awareness, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work to tight reporting deadlines.
