We’re partnering with a fast-growing, market-leading services business. Following recent changes in structure and a high-profile audit transition, they’re looking for a Reporting Manager to join the finance team at a pivotal time.

The Role
This is a hands-on and visible position where you will:

Lead the year-end audit process, liaising directly with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
Take ownership of balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
Work closely with the Shared Service Centre and wider finance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Review current processes and drive improvements to streamline financial reporting.
Partner with business stakeholders and external advisors to resolve technical accounting queries.
About You

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with:

Strong technical accounting knowledge, including statutory accounts preparation and disclosures.
Experience of leading or managing audits.
A solid understanding of IFRS, ideally IFRS 16.
Excellent data handling and Excel skills (pivot tables, complex reconciliations).
The confidence and communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders.
This role will particularly suit candidates who have trained in practice (e.g., mid-tier firms such as RSM, Mazars, GT, BDO, or Big 4), and have since gained industry experience as a second or third mover.

Salary £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
