A Top 15 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Partnership Tax Manager / Tax Senior Manager to join their UK Wide Personal Tax team as a key strategic hire within the service line

This is exciting opportunity to join a 100+ strong Private Client Tax team spread across over 8 offices in the UK, forming a core and highly important division for the Practice. This Partnership Tax job can be located out of either: Bristol, Bournemouth, High Wycombe, Peterborough, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, or Inverness.

Benefits include: a 35 hour work week with core hours of 10-4pm and up to three days per week from home. Discretionary yearly bonus + a profit sharing bonus around Christmas time. Min. 25 days annual leave + BH + Life Assurance + other great flexible benefits and family friendly policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Support Partners in the management of an existing portfolio of professional partnerships and connected partners
Support in the growth and development of this area of our business through marketing and business development, such as; preparing tenders, proposals and delivering presentations
Manage the compliance cycle and deliver advice on all related matters regarding professional partnerships
Mentoring, managing and developing junior team members
Supporting team members who’ve expressed an interest in specialising in Partnership Tax work
First class communication skills, a collaborative approach to work and enjoys building lasting client relationships
