The Opportunity:

As Client Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in their client experience and internal operations. Acting as the key conduit between the partners and the wider team, you’ll oversee a portfolio of ambitious clients, ensuring smooth delivery of services while identifying opportunities for growth.

Your Role Will Include:

Managing a portfolio of SME clients with a strong focus on service and relationship building
Acting as a link between senior leadership and staff to ensure seamless delivery
Preparing and reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, tax compliance, and overseeing bookkeeping processes
Identifying opportunities to grow your fee base and deepen client relationships
Supporting junior staff with mentoring and technical guidance

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified or QBE accountant with client-facing experience
Strong working knowledge of cloud-based systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
A proactive, commercially minded professional who loves helping businesses grow
Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, modern working environment
