An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Head of Private Client to join a well-established Sheffield firm. This is a pivotal leadership role for a proactive Solicitor ready to drive growth and shape the future of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Private Client team, providing mentorship and support to junior lawyers
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the department and client base
Oversee a varied caseload including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and trusts
Ensure high quality client service and compliance with all regulatory requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
Collaborate closely with wider leadership to align department goals with firm strategy

Candidate Requirements:

Solicitor with significant Private Client experience, ideally with 5+ years PQE
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload while driving the department forward
Experience working within a regional or national law firm preferred
