My client are a small, fast-growing law practice in Reading, offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Conveyancer to join its team.

You will have the chance to take on a caseload and enjoy a high level of autonomy while contributing to the firm’s growth and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
Provide high-quality advice and service to clients, maintaining excellent client relationships
Handle transactions independently, with full responsibility for progressing cases and meeting deadlines
Work closely with the team to support business development and firm growth
Take advantage of the opportunity to shape the firm’s future and be part of the succession planning process

About you:

A qualified Conveyancer with a minimum of 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and legal requirements
Ability to work independently, manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
A proactive, motivated attitude with a passion for developing your career and growing within the firm
