What will you do?

Advise on all aspects of property litigation and associated commercial litigation (ie insolvency & debt recovery)
Act for small and medium sized businesses, local/regional charities, regional/national housing associations as well as private individuals
Handle Landlord & Tenant matters
Manage cross referrals from other teams

What will you need?

To be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or have up to 5 years PQE within litigation
