We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Manager/Head of Department to take the reins of a busy, expanding conveyancing team. This is a leadership role offering the chance to shape processes, mentor staff, and drive growth – all within a fully remote, modern working environment.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage the conveyancing team, providing supervision and guidance
Oversee a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Contribute to the firm’s strategy and business development
Ensure compliance, quality standards, and excellent client care
Drive innovation in a forward-thinking, digital-first environment

What you’ll need:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent
Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, ideally at senior or management level
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships
A proactive, collaborative approach
