The Role:

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you’ll be responsible for managing a varied, high-value caseload, including:

Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
New build transactions
Shared ownership and equity deals
Transfers of equity
Auction purchases

You will report to the Residential Property Team Manager, working autonomously while receiving strong team support.

You might be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience handling your own conveyancing caseload.
