I am seeking a talented Events and Marketing Executive to join my client’s marketing team! In this role, working within a marketing team of 5, you will be instrumental in organising and marketing a variety of events including conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and both internal and external company events. This position offers the opportunity to deliver impactful experiences that resonate with our employees, clients, and industry contacts. Day-to-day of the role:

Conferences & Webinars: Plan and execute engaging events across the UK, from sourcing venues to building agendas and enlisting speakers. Manage all logistics to ensure successful event execution.
Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Oversee our presence at major venues, handling everything from stand design to on-the-day activities, ensuring professional representation.
Marketing & Design: Develop marketing materials using tools like Canva, coordinate marketing campaigns, and create promotional content such as website articles, e-shots, or flyers to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Hosting and Delivering: Manage internal events and online training sessions, ensuring they are insightful and memorable.
Event Preparation and Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle logistics such as arranging specialist kits for events, booking tickets, and coordinating stands for external events.
Staff & Internal Events: Innovate and organise internal events that foster a sense of inclusion and recognition among all employees.
Data & Reporting: Manage event-related data using Hubspot, and report on event success to the Marketing Team Leader and Marketing Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and marketing.
Creative flair and an innovative outlook, with a proven ability to bring ideas to life.
Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software, preferably Monday.com, Hubspot, and Canva.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with key stakeholders and teams.
Experience in managing budgets and staying updated with the latest trends in marketing and event management.
