Join our client’s team as a Marketing Operations & Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising marketing activities across two dynamic businesses. This position offers a blend of technical marketing operations, campaign execution, and data-driven analysis, along with strategic input on brand and growth initiatives.

Location:

Lowestoft, Suffolk

Role Overview:

Hands-on management of CRM systems, paid media, analytics, and content creation.
Support lead generation and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:
Manage day-to-day CRM use to ensure accurate data and segmentation.
Develop workflows and automations to enhance lead nurturing and customer journeys.
Analytics & Reporting:
Set up, monitor, and analyse marketing performance data using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
Produce regular reports with actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Track KPIs across campaigns, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
Conduct competitor research and market tracking.
Advertising & Media Buying:
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Handle press and digital media buying focusing on efficiency and ROI.
Content & Copywriting:
Write clear, engaging copy for ads, email campaigns, websites, and press releases.
Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all communications.
Brand & Strategy Support:
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for growth.
Maintain alignment with brand guidelines across all communications.
Lead Generation Tracking:
Build and refine processes to drive high-quality lead generation.
Collaborate with sales to enhance lead conversion rates and funnel process.
E-Commerce Management:
Manage WooCommerce listings, including product listings and promotions.
Monitor site performance and data supporting digital sales initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

Solid understanding of marketing operations, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
Proficient in Google Analytics 4, reporting dashboards, and campaign tracking.
Experienced in managing paid media campaigns and digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads).
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce best practices is desirable.
