Are you looking to build your marketing experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join their friendly and driven Sales and Marketing team on a 10-month maternity cover placement.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting marketing activities and ensuring smooth sales operations.

This is a remote-based role, however, you’ll need to be within easy reach of our operating areas, as travel will be required for team meetings, site visits, and events. Our locations are across the South and South West of England, including Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, and London. A full UK driving licence is essential, and flexibility is required to occasionally support events during evenings or weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Engagement & Communication

Provide live chat support and respond to incoming sales calls
Manage customer emails, enquiries, and lead registrations
Allocate leads in our CRM to relevant sales team members

Sales & Property Marketing Administration

Support marketing admin for new build and resale homes
Keep property and customer data accurate and up-to-date in our CRM
Support the Sales team with ad-hoc admin tasks

Marketing Support

Help create and distribute marketing materials (e.g. brochures, emails)
Assist with digital content and social media activity
Support with launching new homes and campaigns
Assist with open days and promotional events

Essential Skills & Attributes

Excellent written English for copywriting and proofreading
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
Proactive, independent, and comfortable managing your own workload
Confident using digital tools and speaking on camera when required
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent), with passes in English and Maths

Desirable

A formal qualification in Marketing or Administration
Experience in shared ownership or housing sector
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS)
