Commercial property Solicitor – Telford

A highly respected regional law firm, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its successful and forward-thinking commercial property team.

The Role

You will:

Act on sales, purchases and leases of commercial premises, including non-contentious landlord and tenant work
Draft and negotiate leases, licences and agreements for lease
Advise landlords and tenants on rights and obligations
Manage property finance and development transactions
Conduct due diligence, including title investigations and reports
Handle your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support

Your Profile:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.

Proven experience in acquisitions, disposals and commercial leases
Excellent drafting skills and strong commercial awareness
Outstanding client care and communication skills
Ability to manage a varied workload effectively
Proactive, adaptable and a strong team player.
