More about the day-to-day

The role involves a large client focus where you’d be expected to investigate cases at pre-litigation stage
Collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation
You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to RTA files
Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy
Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents
Taking statements from witnesses
Investigating claims
Reviewing medical records

Have you got what it takes?

Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law, civil litigation or come from a commercial litigation background?
Are you seeking to make a real difference in a client facing role?
Have you carried out first-hand experience in providing strong litigation knowledge to clients already?
Previous experience working within personal injury is required
