Newly Qualified Residential Property Lawyer – Tunbridge Wells

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are working with a modern, highly ranked Regional law firm listed in the Legal 500, seeking a Newly Qualified Residential Property Lawyer to join their growing property team in Tunbridge Wells.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive who is ready to manage their own caseload under some supervision and has aspirations for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and land transactions.
Liaise regularly with estate agents, financial advisors, and clients.
Explain complex legal matters clearly and professionally to clients.
Oversee financial control, including cashflow management, collection of monies on account, and billing procedures.
Provide accurate and timely conveyancing quotations.
Meet targets for time recording, billing, and cost recovery.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure high standards of client care at all times.
Participate in marketing activities and support business development initiatives.
Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential.

Skills & Qualifications:

Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
Proven experience in property conveyancing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and client care
