We’re working with a growing Manchester-based firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Corporate work across the small and mid-market. The team advises ambitious businesses, investors, and management teams on a wide range of transactions, offering early exposure to clients and deals in a supportive environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll gain hands-on experience across:

M&A transactions – from drafting initial documents to managing disclosure and due diligence.
Private equity and investment matters – supporting management and investors on equity deals and re-organisations.
Restructuring and finance – exposure to distressed sales, shareholder agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements.
Corporate governance – advising on rights, restrictions and shareholder arrangements.

This is a genuine opportunity to take responsibility from the outset – drafting, negotiating, and even leading on smaller transactions under partner guidance. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across Employment and Real Estate to deliver a joined-up service on complex deals.

About You

Recently qualified or up to 2 years’ PQE, with some exposure to corporate work.
Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
Keen to develop your technical expertise and build long-term client relationships.
