This opportunity is to work in a market -leading commercial/tech team on projects at the forefront of digital transformation, life sciences, FinTech and AI.

You’ll get involved in:

Complex licensing, collaboration and technology transfer deals
High-value IT and telecoms projects for blue chip clients
Cutting-edge IP and data protection issues, including GDPR compliance
Supporting leading universities, research institutions and entrepreneurial tech businesses

What experience is required:

4+ PQE (flex) with solid experience in IP, IT, gaming, data protection and commercial matters
Involvement in marketing activities
Confidence in handling client relationships and managing transactions end-to-end
