Legal Secretary – Conveyancing

We are seeking a Legal Secretary with a focus on conveyancing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, who is looking to further their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Provide administrative support to our conveyancing team.
Prepare and manage documents related to property transactions including contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and ensure all relevant parties are informed of important dates and deadlines.
Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Legal Secretary, specifically in conveyancing.
Proficient in legal document handling, drafting, and management.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
