The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join the firm’s busy and growing Residential Development team. The successful candidate will provide vital legal and administrative support, helping ensure a smooth client experience throughout the conveyancing process. Key responsibilities include:

Opening new files and completing client due diligence

Ordering property searches and preparing contract packs

Drafting and managing correspondence and legal documentation

Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties over the phone and via email

Assisting with pre-completion matters including searches, SDLT, completion statements and accounts requests

Completing post-completion formalities

Keeping matter files and case management systems up to date

Supporting fee earners and participating in team meetings

General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and managing post

You
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working within a conveyancing department (residential or commercial)

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A proactive and positive attitude

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

Competency using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

A professional appearance and a friendly, team-focused mindset
