Our client, a well-established law firm in Truro, is seeking a skilled Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advise on a wide range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including individuals and businesses, on various property-related matters, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent client service.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Handle re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and equity release matters
Assist with lease extensions, shared ownership, and tenancy agreements
Liaise with estate agents, brokers, and clients
Participate in training sessions and develop junior colleagues
Requirements
Previous experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
Strong technical skills and client management experience
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Client-focused approach and commitment to service delivery
Drive, enthusiasm, and ability to prioritise work effectively
Commercial awareness and excellent financial management skills
