Are you an experienced conveyancing professional looking to take ownership of complex remortgage cases in a collaborative, modern working environment? We’re recruiting for a forward-thinking legal and professional services business that’s expanding its specialist remortgage division.

The Role

As a Technical Caseworker, you’ll manage a high-volume caseload of complex remortgage instructions from start to finish. This includes leasehold, transfers of equity, defective title, deeds of postponement, complex restrictions, estate rent charges, and shared ownership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage approx. 150 new remortgage instructions per month.
Use a case management system to process all aspects of the transaction.
Deliver high-quality work to strict deadlines.
Collaborate with colleagues to share technical expertise and support.
Liaise with clients, borrowers, and third parties to ensure smooth completion.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in remortgage or general conveyancing.
Knowledge of complex property matters (e.g. transfers of equity, shared ownership).
Strong client care skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to manage volume caseloads in a deadline-driven environment.
Tech-savvy with experience using case management systems.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
