The Role
You’ll be part of a specialist team handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious housing matters. The work is varied, meaningful and offers real scope for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of housing litigation including possession proceedings, injunctions and disrepair claims
Advising clients on housing management policies and procedures
Supporting senior lawyers on complex cases
Supervising junior team members and paralegals
Delivering client training and contributing to business development initiatives

About You:

Qualified solicitor with experience in housing law and property litigation
Strong technical skills and confident case management abilities
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Commercially aware and proactive in approach
Passionate about social justice and housing issues
