We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our growing team on a fully remote basis. You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, providing excellent client care while working with autonomy and flexibility.

What you’ll do:

Handle a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress smoothly from start to finish
Contribute to the team’s success while working independently from home

What you’ll need:

Proven experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 2 years+)
Strong technical knowledge and case management skills
Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organisation and communication skills
A client-focused, detail-oriented approach
