Description

You’ll manage a varied caseload covering:

Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
Inheritance Planning
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection and Trusts
You’ll also lead a small support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, particularly to vulnerable clients.

Profile

Minimum 5 years PQE in Private Client law
Proven experience in estate administration
Strong communication and drafting skills
Empathetic, resilient, and highly organised
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
