Role Title: Remote Conveyancer

Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: £40,000-£55,000pa, plus bonus scheme

Role Summary: An excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing team. This role is fully remote and is perfect for a professional who thrives on managing their own residential caseload autonomously while benefiting from a strong support network.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse residential caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity with minimal supervision.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.
Proactively managing a pipeline of work to meet individual and team targets.
Contributing to the development of the firm’s conveyancing department.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fee-earning Conveyancer, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
Must be able to manage a full caseload independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and colleague interaction.
A strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach to work.
Proficient in using a case management system.
