Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion

Investigating title, handling legal queries, preparing documents, and managing exchanges and completions

Advising clients on legal matters related to their property transactions

Communicating professionally with clients, agents, brokers and lenders throughout each transaction

Using a modern case management system to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and sharing knowledge with the wider team

Someone who is organised, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines

A clear and friendly communicator who builds trust with clients

Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team

Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems

A positive, approachable attitude and a commitment to continuous development
