Licensed Conveyancer

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy Residential Property department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own caseload, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in the development and growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities
Manage residential sales, purchases, and remortgages from start to finish.
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers and assistants.
Ensure excellent client care and keep clients informed throughout their transactions.
Meet billing and time-recording targets while maintaining quality standards.
Support the promotion and development of the Residential Property department.
Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, firm policies, and client confidentiality.
Skills & Attributes
Licensed Conveyancer qualification with proven experience managing a residential caseload.
Strong people management and mentoring skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Professional, proactive, and confident under pressure.
Competent with case management and IT systems.
