Are you a knowledgeable and skilled Legal PA with exceptional document production abilities? A prestigious global law firm is seeking a proactive Legal PA to join their team in London on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a group of high-performing fee earners, including a key Corporate Finance Partner, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Extensive diary and travel management
Creating and amending documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Proofreading and editing documents for grammar and accuracy
Full clean, strip and reformat of legal documents
Onboarding new clients and handling administrative processes
Processing expenses, billing, and invoicing
Supporting internal and external communications

What They’re Looking For

An experienced Legal PA with 10+ years of experience in a City law firm.
A document production expert who thrives under pressure
A self-starter who takes ownership and can multitask effectively
A confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing team
