Customer Service Advisor – £25,000 – £30,000 – Sale – Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Hybrid (WFH 3 days!)

We are on the look out for a Customer Service Advisor for an emerging Financial Services business in the Sale area of Trafford! If you are looking for a role that offers a fantastic work/life balance and you have experience in phone based Customer Service, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you. This position as a Customer Service Advisor will be 37.5 hours per week and also hybrid (3 days WFH)

The package for Customer Service Advisor:

A basic salary of £25,000
An uncapped commission structure that allows you earn circa £500 p/m extra through your call quality and up selling/cross selling
33 days holidays

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

Handling inbound calls from customers and dealing with their enquiries
Calling customers who have made an enquiry about the products on the website
Providing accurate information and ensuring that FCA guidelines are adhered to at all times
Ensuring a smooth customer service experience for all clients

What we’re after for the Customer Service Advisor:

Experience in working in a phone based customer service role
Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment would be advantageous but not essential
Someone who is customer focussed with good written and verbal communication skills
