Customer Service Representative

Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main duties will include:
Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing exceptional customer service to customers
Producing quotations
Processing orders via Sage
Answering technical queries quickly and efficiently
Logistics management
The successful candidate will have:
A strong work ethic and the want to get involved in a varied role
Excellent communication skills, confident telephone manner
Enthusiastic team player, proactive and self-motivated
Good numeracy & literacy skills – GCSE Maths & English grade C (5) and above
Good IT skills, ideally experience using Sage
