Call Centre Advisor – Debt Management – Office based Stoke-On-Trent

£25,225 Performance Bonus

Monday to Saturday Shift Rotation:

Week 1: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Week 2: Mon – Fri, 10:30am – 7:00pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm.

Are you a resilient problem solver with drive and enthusiasm?

We’re on the lookout for a Collections Agent who’s confident on the phone, thrives under pressure, and knows how to solve problems with a calm, professional touch. You’ll be speaking with customers daily — listening, understanding their situation, and finding fair, flexible solutions that works for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to help resolve overdue accounts.
Using your negotiation skills to set up affordable, tailored payment plans.
Owning customer cases from start to finish with first-call resolution in mind.
Staying professional, proactive, and customer-focused throughout.
Navigating a variety of situations while staying calm, clear, and solutions-driven.

What We’re Looking For:

A driven, goal-focused attitude and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced role.
A friendly, positive personality with strong phone communication skills.
Resilience and tenacity – you’re calm under pressure and focused on outcomes.
GCSEs in Maths & English (A–C or equivalent).
Ideally, up to 1 year of customer service experience – retail, hospitality, or contact centre all welcome!
