Customer Support Coordinator
Cannock (office based)
Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) including some weekend work (2 weekends out of every 4)
£24,000 basic with potential to earn up to £30,000 including commission and bonuses

Join a fast-growing, client-focused team in a busy customer support environment. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will manage inbound and outbound client communications via a busy helpline, support Account Managers, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Account Managers with daily tasks and client communications
Handle client enquiries and gather key information for assessments
Provide clear overviews of available products and services
Collaborate with partner organisations and keep stakeholders informed
Offer expert advice on a wide range of customer enquiries
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
