About the Sales Support Executive Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for a national customer base of motor trade professionals, including car dealerships, vehicle repair shops, and service centres. This is a telephone-based sales support role where building rapport, understanding client needs, and gathering accurate information is key to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive:

Contacting prospective clients in response to insurance enquiries
Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand customer insurance requirements
Presenting comprehensive and accurate information to underwriters
Maintaining professionalism, compliance, and a customer-focused attitude at all times
Following up on leads promptly and maintaining organised call records
Collaborating with the wider team to support new business growth

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a telephone-based or sales-focused role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
